Your task is to set up your own hotel. You will need to think of what kind of hotel you want (family hotel, luxury hotel, romantic B&B, business hotel), what kind of people you want to attract, what kind of facilities those people expect, how many stars you’re aiming for, how big it is, what kind of menu will go with your concept and of course, a name for your hotel. After that, you need to promote your hotel. For instance by making a press release about the opening of your hotel. 

Part of your PR activities is a website and preparing for a fair where all kinds of hotels will present themselves (each hotel has its own stand/booth). The fair will be in the last week of the year. Below an example of a fair:
