Part one
There are several kinds of hotels. Each hotel has its own atmosphere. But a romantic hotel, for instance, can have 3 or 5 stars. To give you an impression and some inspiration, here three concepts of hotels.
Concept 1: a romantic countryside hotel
A hotel with 15 romantic rooms and a restaurant with lots of options for a romantic dinner. It also has a bridal suite. All hotel rooms are very romantically decorated and have a bath and a mini-bar. It’s a three star hotel with the following facilities: a restaurant, a bar and a swimming pool. The hotel has lots of contacts, so the couples can get discounts on romantic things to do nearby.
Concept 2: a family hotel in Blackpool
A two-star cheap hotel for families in the touristic seaside town of Blackpool. The hotel has 8 rooms for 2 people, 2 rooms for 3 three people (1 double bed and 1 single bed) and 8 family rooms (4 people). The restaurant offers simple, but good meals and also caters for children. The hotel is used to having guests with children and therefore has several cots (babybeds) and highchairs (for kids). The hotel has a restaurant, but not a lot of facilities.
Concept 3: a luxury business hotel in London
For very important, successful businesspeople, London offers a very luxurious five star hotel. In such a hotel, people often come alone or with people they work with. Therefore, the hotel has lots of single rooms and suites ( a suite is a living room/work room with 2 or more bedrooms with their own bathrooms) with WiFi, a fax, a courier service, tea and coffee facilities, a minibar etc. The hotel has several relaxing facilities for those hard working people, such as a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna and a spa. The hotel has a very luxurious restaurant with an exquisite menu and a bar which has all sorts of drinks.
These are only examples; you can create your own concept!
