In the first of our three eriods, you will be doing the writing assignments. Click here for the writing assignments. 

After that, you'll need to devide your group in half. One half of your team will work on the floorplan of the hotel (at least a floorplan of one of the rooms and a floorplan of the hotel as a whole - the assignment is part of the assignment of week 4 - hotel plan) whilst the other group creates an attractive menu. Assignment 5 : Menu

Your menu has to consist of at least:

-       a breakfast menu (when you do a buffet-style breakfast, make sure you list what you serve there); at least list what your English Breakfast entails

-       a lunch menu of at least 10 dishes

-       a high tea menu

-       A dinner menu

Dinner menu:

-       at least 6 starters

-       at least 8 main courses

-       at least 6 desserts

Your menu has to be fit for your kind of hotel.

In the lunch menu and the dinner menu together, you need to have at least 6 typically British dishes, with descriptions of what they are.
